Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix (18-20 oz) 1 to 1 1/2 cups flour 3 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup powdered sugar (more if needed) Materials: 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mats 1 large mixing bowl 1 wooden spoon or mixing spoon Rubber spatula Dry measuring cups Liquid measuring cup Cookie scoop with trigger or regular spoon for forming balls 1 Small mixing bowl
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Some parental guidance may be needed depending on learner's skillset and knowledge. We will be mixing, rolling dough, and placing pans in the hot oven.
