Frozen Themed Tiny Tot Ballet Class

In this one time class, students will start with an icebreaker introduction, warm up, stretch, and do fun dances to the music from the Frozen movie. Students will learn ballet terminology, a ballet routine, and play fun dance games.

Class Experience

Students will learn key ballet terminology, ballet positions, arm placements, and ballet dance moves. They will learn how to correct their turn out, work on their posture, and alignment. This class will increase flexibility and help support with gross motor development skills. Along with uplifting the students confidence, self-esteem, and overall health and wellbeing.

Practice!!! : ) 
Attire: (Recommended but optional) If you do not have the ballet attire listed below, feel free to wear comfortable clothing. Ballet Shoes Tights (pick or white) Tutus / Ballet Skirts Leotard Princess Dress Prince Outfit Comfortable clothing (Gym shorts, pants, leggings, t-shirt) Grip socks (non slippery) Barefoot
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Be sure to have plenty of space to move around. Students are welcome to take a water break throughout class with their water bottle. To prevent distractions and/or injuries occurring, I ask that your child is properly supervised at all times. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
