Description

Class Experience

Students will learn basic and fundamental Ballet dance movements such as Plie, Arm/Feet Positions, Releve, Passe, and Battement all while dancing to their favorite Frozen music! Students will also learn a short dance combination to "Let it Go"! This is a follow-along and semi-interactive class, meaning students are asked to dance along to the instruction, give thumbs up, etc. For this class, students will be placed on mute in order to properly hear the music/instruction and dance effectively....

Students will learn about the great style of Ballet dance and learn movements such as Plie, Releve, Passe, and Battement!

Students will need:
-A water Bottle
-Exercise clothes like shorts, sweats, or leggings with a tank or T-shirt
-Barefoot, socks, or leather or canvas Ballet shoes
-Ample space to dance (recommended room size of at least 6X10)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

As with any physical activity, dance carries certain risks of injury involved. We kindly ask that each student has a parent or guradian accessible throughout the lesson in order to reduce risks of injury.
