Frozen & Disney Themed Beginner-Intermediate Ballet Workshops

Dancers should take class in an open space where they have room to move without hurting themselves (or breaking anything). If possible a smooth floor surface, such as hardwood or tile is far preferable to carpet. 

Dancers should have something stable nearby to hold on to and use as their "barre" for stability, such as the back of a kitchen chair. (Ideally something they can move out of the way, or easily move away from when we switch from the barre section, to floor work and choreography.)

Ideally, dancers should come dressed in a leotard or bodysuit and tights or bare legs with ballet shoes. If this is not possible, please ensure that dancers are in relatively form fitting clothing that they are able to move in (ie. leggings, etc.) as it is important to see their body placement in order to make corrections! If proper dance shoes are not available, dancers may take class in bare feet. Long hair should be tied back, and jewelry removed for safety.

Water is recommended, but please no eating during class.
