Class Experience
Come and share our magical world as we dance to "Into the Unknown" from Frozen II! Your little learner will begin class by getting to share what they love best about our ice princesses. Learners can feel free to show a favorite Frozen themed item as well - such as a doll, stuffed animal, dress, book, etc. We will then go on an epic adventure to find our princesses while we stretch and warm up on the floor. After that we will stand up to practice some ballet moves, and then put them together...
In class dancers will learn ballet movement, technique and terminology. Possible movements may include, but are not limited to: plie, tondue, 5 positions of the feet, releve, port de bras, posse, pique, degage, grand battement, chaine, saute, eschappe, ballet walks, ballet runs, chasse, skips, hops, and leaps. We will practice balance, flexibility, and coordination skills. Most of all we will have FUN!

Please create a space that is open and large enough for your dancer to move, dance, jump and glide without bumping into things. Learners should wear comfortable clothing that they can easily move in. Ballet or Princess attire is encourage, but not required. Learners should either wear ballet shoes or have bare feet. Please no socks, as dancers can easily slip while wearing them. Dancers may have a water bottle nearby, and take a sip when needed. Please help your learner know how to mute and unmute themselves. There could be times during the class when this skill is needed.
