As a mother of four and a Nutritionist I think it's very important that kids learn the importance of healthy eating. Kids today are bombarded with information on junk and processed foods. It's extremely important to encourage our kids to find healthy alternatives. These frozen yogurt bites are the perfect treat! They're easy to make and will satisfy your sweet tooth!
