In this three-part camp, we will do a fun winter-themed art project with different painting and drawing techniques.

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
My goal is for artists to have fun creating winter-themed, colorful artwork using simple supplies and to learn new techniques they can experiment with on their own.
I graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in visual arts. I have taught K-12 graders for the last 13 years in a variety of subjects, including a monthly art program that focused on art elements and the art masters. I enjoy teaching simple concepts that allow my students to experiment, explore and express themselves in new ways. I love discovering how one technique can have unexpected results and even be used in new ways. Sharing these colorful ideas with young artists makes the process even more exciting- I often learn from them as well!
Homework Offered
No specific homework is assigned, but students are encouraged to try more designs or complete projects not completed during class time.
