In this one-time class we will discover how an apple seed grows into a fruit by using a hands-on Montessori-inspired activity with a real apple and materials for each learner to create their own seed to apple lifecycle.

Description
Class Experience
Students will learn the apple life cycle process and vocabulary words such as seedling and bud. Students will also be able to name the parts of the apple such as flesh and stem.
- one apple pre-cut crosswise (see image in handouts) - handouts given by the teacher - a tray or plate to keep the apple on
25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
