Description
Class Experience
Students will improve their productivity by executing a thought download in which they will write down all of the thoughts in their head and then decided which thoughts are the most important to focus on.
I have a masters degree in special education and over 10 years of experience and training in the public school system working with students with emotional and behavioral needs.
*pencil, pen, marker or other writing utensil-multiple colors can be helpful but are not a requirement *blank paper of any kind or a journal *I will also provide optional templates to print out and use during the class
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
