I absolutely love cooking and baking. I grow up learning how to cook since I was 9 in my family’s restaurant. I am very passionate about great, healthy and unique food and I love to share with my young chefs how to have fun and be creative with the food they make.
The supply list is posted in the classroom. Pasta machine is a must if you plan to cut the ramen dough in class.
Parental guidance is recommended for younger students as we will be in the kitchen and there are hot appliances and other hazardous things in the kitchen. We want our students to be safe and having fun :).
