Have you been wanting to make your own flour, but don't know where to start? I have put together 4 simple lessons to help you learn about the history, process, and benefits of milling your own grains. I have even included a bonus lesson on how to make your own delicious butter! I will explain each key point with powerpoint slides, pictures, and demos. There will not be any grades, but please reach out if you need a certificate of completion. This class is simply for fun and learning. There will not be any assignments, but I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

If you choose to grind your own grain or make any of the recipes discussed in class, please use caution while operating machinery and handling ingredients.
Supply List
Students do not need any supplies. The lectures are simply for education. If learner chooses to try this at home, they can gather supplies discussed in class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
