Ingredients 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 6 ounces each) freshly ground black pepper salt 10 oz mushrooms, stemmed, trimmed and sliced 3 tbs olive oil 4 tbs unsalted butter 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup chicken stock 1 tsp corn starch 2/3 cup marsala, preferably dry 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbs chopped parsley Best served with: wide noodles (like egg noodles) or mashed potatoes Equipment: 1 cutting board 1 french knife measuring cups and spoons 1 zip lock bag (large) 1 mallet or rolling pin 12" saute pan 1 loaf pan 1 large platter 2 cup measuring cup 1 rubber spatula 1 small whisk
