Class Experience
Do you have a student who knows basic French, but doesn’t get many chances to use it? Do they enjoy activities such as read-alouds, show and tell, and art? Come and join me in this immersive language experience! In this class, we will do fun activities in French. I will be speaking in French only during this class. This is NOT a beginning class. Your student must already have some knowledge of French and exposure to it. STUDENT LEVEL 1.5+ This class is for students who have basic French...
This class is taught in French.
I have been learning French for 6 years now, from French 1 - French 5. I am conversationally fluent and about a B2 level. I've been tutoring French since May 2020 when the French immersion school near us closed for quarantine and I've really enjoyed it. I took the French CLEP test a few years ago and got maybe 5 points away from a perfect score while testing out of and getting credit for all the French classes at my local community college. I also continue to take French lessons with native speakers, and I am working on getting my Bachelors in French. I've been working with young kids for almost 10 years, including my 5 younger siblings, several families I've babysat for, and interning at my local dance studio.
There will be assignments each week if students wish to participate.
