Description

Class Experience

Students will build their French language base every class, expanding their vocabulary from verbs to different word themes, will learn pronunciation and familiarity with the simple basics of how French works. As a beginner course, conversational activation is a focus, and students will also learn more about the francophone world with the fact of the day, the Parisian fashion tip and in meeting a famous Francophone person each lesson.

Homework ranges from PDF handouts (for vocabulary practice), to games, and exercises to practice and role-play toward memorization between classes. 
Note-taking supplies are helpful.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There are no formal grades given, but there is regular teacher-student feedback, support and encouragement. The focus is on effective activation. 
1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
No sensitive content. 
Occasional clips shown of French culture, geography etc... to give the students a vision for the francophone world.
