French Basics for Beginners: Greetings and Introductions
Class experience
Classes are led through Google slides, so that we can follow a structured lesson. As we go through the material, I will repeat the words several times for students to learn pronunciation and spelling. It's necessary for students to have working audio, as I call on every student in class to either translate learned words, or practice their pronunciation. Students will learn: basic greetings, how to say their name, age, as well as different phrases that are often exchanged while meeting somebody, and phrases of courtesy.
I am a native French speaker and have done a lot of tutoring and teaching French to kids. My strategy is to engage the student and make it as pleasant and fun as possible, so that learning comes naturally.
