This class is designed for beginners, and no prior knowledge is required. I will present the lesson through slides, to show correct spelling. We will first learn about the difference between feminine nouns and masculine nouns. We will then go over indefinite articles (a,an), definite articles (the), and partitive articles (some). For each part of the lesson, I will have students voice the words studied for proper pronunciation, in particular knowing how to pronounce nasal sounds in French. Students will be provided a summary of the material after class for review.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to differentiate feminine from masculine nouns in French, as well as the articles that fit each group.
