Description
Class Experience
I have been an elementary school teacher for seven years. I have great experience with teaching fractions and tutoring students with learning about fractions and with math, in general. I have taught/tutored students in grades Pre-K through fourth grade. I am able to present the given material in a way that is easy for students to comprehend, on their level.
- Dry erase board and marker (Alternative: Pencil and paper) - Provided Worksheets - Great attitude and positive energy :)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
If your student is not very familiar with fractions yet, this class is NOT for them, just yet. I would recommend signing up for my introduction class, "Fraction Are A Piece of Cake" , first. This class teaches the basics of fractions, with a little adding of like denominators within it.
