Class Experience

Fractions: Have No Fear! is a 10-week interactive course, where students spend most of the time learning and practicing concepts of fractions before learning how to convert fractions back and forth between decimals, percentages and ratios.  
This course is geared to Junior students in Grades 4-6. Fractions have always been the most difficult math concept for students to understand, and my belief is that it is because each of the concepts introduced is generally rushed. There are so many...

Students will improve their understanding of Fractions and how they relate to Decimals, Percentages and Ratios.

Each week a hand-out will be provided for practice purpose only. It is voluntary and will not be turned in. There is an attached answer sheet for the child to cross-reference and check their work once they have completed their hand-out.
