With seven years of experience teaching elementary math, I have developed a strong expertise in helping young learners build foundational math skills. For three years, I taught in-person in a traditional classroom, working directly with students to make math concepts accessible and engaging. Over the past four years, I have transitioned to online teaching, where I’ve honed my skills in creating interactive, virtual lessons that capture students' attention and keep them motivated.
I specialize in teaching addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and place value, tailoring lessons to meet individual learning styles and needs. My experience includes working with students who thrive in traditional or virtual settings and those who benefit from creative, game-based learning approaches.
Beyond teaching math, I have extensive experience working with children in various capacities, ensuring I create a supportive, fun, and engaging environment where students feel confident to take risks and succeed. Whether in-person or online, my goal is to help every child develop a love for math and achieve their full potential.
