Description
Class Experience
During this flex class, over the course of four weeks, students will strive to display mastery of ordering fractions, multiplying and dividing fractions, and changing improper fractions to mixed numbers. Throughout this course, learners will interact with other learners, view recorded video lessons, grow their strategies, and use games and projects to have fun while learning the basics of fractions. Students will gain mastery of fraction concepts. Students will gain confidence identifying and understanding fractions. -gain an understanding of multiplying and dividing fractions -identify equivalent fractions and order fractions -display steps to change improper fractions to mixed numbers -learn strategies -practice and repetition -technology based activities

Printables, sites, etc., will be on classroom page throughout the course.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will use nearpod for extension activities and padlet for sharing with other learners. Both are free sites for students, without requirements for accounts.
All necessary printables and external resources will be posted within the classroom.
