This one-time class covers a comprehensive overview of all things fraction-related. Skills covered in class are the following: Fraction terminology Picture-to-number matching Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions Simplifying fractions Converting mixed numbers and improper fractions Adding and multiplying mixed numbers Finding the area and perimeter of a rectangle/square with fractional sides Making a whole number from fractions Converting fractions into a decimal and then into a percentage All students will leave class with detailed notes and practice problems to complete at home!
