We will focus on fraction standards in preparation for the Georgia Milestones Assessment. In addition, we will review any other mathematical concepts that the learner needs in order to be successful on state testing. This course will cover strategies for word problems and modeling complex two-step problems. Fraction Topics Covered: -Partitioning -Equivalent fractions -Comparing fractions -Improper fractions -Mixed numbers -Adding and subtracting with and without common denominators -Multiplying and dividing

The student will be able to apply their learning of fractions to GMAS assessment questions.
