Students will: - be introduced to color theory including primary colors, secondary colors, and basic color mixing. - be introduced to the principles of art: balance, emphasis, movement, proportion, rythym, unity, and variety - be introducted to the elements of art: color, form, line, shape, space, texture, and value. - build skills in various media and approaches to artmaking - share and talk about personal artwork
