Course is a dynamic and comprehensive program designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills needed for a successful transition to high school.

Class experience

Develop proficiency in foundational math skills: The first learning objective is to ensure that students acquire a strong foundation in math skills necessary for success in high school. This includes concepts such as number sense, algebraic reasoning, geometry, and data analysis. By the end of the course, students should be able to confidently apply these skills to solve real-world problems.

Foster scientific inquiry and critical thinking: The second learning objective is to encourage students to think scientifically and develop their critical thinking skills. Through engaging hands-on experiments, research projects, and data analysis, students will learn to formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, analyze results, and draw evidence-based conclusions. This objective aims to cultivate a scientific mindset and an appreciation for the scientific method.

Enhance language arts proficiency: The third learning objective focuses on strengthening students' language arts skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students will engage in various reading activities to develop comprehension, analyze texts critically, and extract key information. Additionally, they will refine their writing skills by composing essays, research papers, and reports, while also improving their oral communication skills through presentations and discussions.

Develop a broad understanding of social studies: The fourth learning objective is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of various social studies disciplines, such as history, geography, civics, and economics. Students will explore different cultures, historical events, political systems, and economic principles. This objective aims to develop students' global awareness, empathy, and an understanding of the interconnectedness of different societies.

Cultivate study skills and self-directed learning: The fifth learning objective is to equip students with effective study skills and strategies, promoting self-directed learning. Students will learn techniques for note-taking, time management, organization, and research. They will also develop critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities to become independent learners who can succeed in high school and beyond.
