In this course, students will need to role play as a police officer who first enters a crime scene then will need to role play as a forensic investigator. Students will learn how to write a crime scene report, take photographs, create a crime scene sketch, and even process the scene. Students will first learn various forensic science techniques Such a blood splatter, impressions, fingerprinting, and so much more ensuring that they will have the knowledge to complete this course; once they are confident students will proceed in completing two scenes the first will be created for them and the second they will need to develop on their own; this is perfect for students who want to think outside the box and put their new found skills to work. 

This course is excellent for students who are interested in forensic science; no previous knowledge is necessary! 

We will meet for five days: 
Day 1 & 2: students will learn about forensic science definitions, techniques, etc.
Day 3: Crime Scene #1 
Day 4: Preparing for Crime Scene #2 
Day 5: Students will share their crime scene and we will discuss some famous crime scene cases.
