Listening, moving and expressing can help you be well and healthy!
In this engaging and interactive class, students will listen to music, move to it, and then express themselves through both movement and their words and sounds.  Based on the Reggio Emilia approach, I will be using educational philosophy and pedagogy focusing on student-centered and constructivist self-guided curriculum that uses self-directed, experiential learning in relationship-driven environments. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
