Description

Class Experience

1. Learn and practice a series of exercises for the feet and ankles
2. Have fun!
This class is taught by a certified Pilates instructor, former dancer and dance teacher and physical therapist.
tennis ball theraband any color you have will be ok for the first class small towel mat
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class will be adapted to the level of the participants who join. Please be sure your learner has plenty of floor space and the materials mentioned below.
