This is a special workout focused on the feet and ankles. We will use bands, a tennis ball, and a towel to stretch and strengthen our feet. This workout is geared toward dancers, gymnasts and other athletes such as runners, soccerplayers and martial artists will also find it helpful. This will be structured similar to my other conditioning classes. We start with a warm up and then move into several series of exercises. This class is taught by a certified Pilates instructor, former dancer and dance teacher and physical therapist.

This class will be adapted to the level of the participants who join. Please be sure your learner has plenty of floor space and the materials mentioned below.
