Water Kettle A cup to pour into. It’s easiest to pour into cups that are bowl shaped or rounded inside as opposed to square or cylindrical. A steaming pitcher with a good pouring spout to help you control the flow of your micro-foamed milk. Hot chocolate powder of your choice Milk (if you are using an alternative milk it should be either soy or almond milk) Steamer OR a small pot and a handheld frother
We will be using hot water and heated milk. Safety measures will be provided at the beginning of the course, but it is up to the discretion of the parent to whether they should be there for further safety precautions. Whole milk can be an allergen or against learner's diet - you can use either almond or soy milk as a replacement (other alternative milks will not have high enough proteins to create the foam we need)
