Class Experience

Learners will learn about different cheeses.
Learners will leave class with an understanding of different cheeses, cheese history and cheese making process.
I am a self-proclaimed foodie. One of my favorite foods is cheese. I love cheese because there are so many varieties and so many different ways to prepare it, use it in recipes, or just eat it. I am passionate about food, and especially cheese, and love sharing my passion for food with learners.
Optional: Cheese Tasting - After each class learners are encouraged to try a new cheese and post to the classroom about the experience.
Learners are encouraged to try a new cheese and post to the classroom about the experience.
Learners may bring cheese to class if they would like to do a Cheese Show and Tell.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Informal assessments based on participation.
2 hours 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
