Science is a passion that I have had since I was a boy. Learning Science should be fun,.... because SCIENCE is FUN ! I teach anything related to my degrees, such as Astronomy, Space Science, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Rocks and Minerals, Weather, Plate Tectonics, etc. with added courses on methods of data presentation such as Excel and PowerPoint. I have also taught Advanced Research Methods such as DNA Extraction, PCR, and Gel Electrophoresis. I am a huge nerd with Lord of the Rings, Marvel, Image, and D.C. Comics, and Science Fiction being my hobbies, along with reading, hiking, fishing, drawing, and model building. Having tagged sharks for 33 years, I am something of a "Shark Nerd" as well. I have taught science to students in grades 5 - 12, ran science fairs for elementary, middle, and high school students, and taught them presentation skills.
