Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Homework is optional but available. I don't want to overburden students if they have a busy schedule already. However, "Flip the Classroom" does provide a PDF file of homework with every lesson. I am happy to provide this to you and provide feedback if you would like your learner to get some extra practice. This will allow learners to gain more reading and writing practice with the vocabulary and sentence structures we are learning since our time together in class is mostly focused on speaking and listening. Homework is usually only about one page (2 pages max.), and should not take much more than 10-15 minutes for most students.
Lesson 5 is a quiz on everything learned in the first four lessons. Lesson 10 is a quiz on everything learned in lessons six through nine.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
"Flip the Classroom" has a "preview link for parents" available for each lesson. I can send these to you upon request if the parent and learner wish to practice the material together before class.
