This course will be weekly and feel free to come as you please. Each week we will warm up, strengthen, tone and condition. No class will be the same but we will utilize various exercises that will feel familiar and we will build each week as we go along. We will start each class with a light cardio and use a dance based warm up to walk through exercises and help us loosen our muscles to prevent any injuries. I will give individual critiques to insure form and posture is in the correct...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
