Flexibility and Strength (Ages 13-18)

Students will learn proper stretching techniques, body placement, and warm up/ strength building exercises. This class will help improve flexibility & range of motion and is for any learner who wants to gain flexibility and strength!

Description

Class Experience

Some of what we will cover in class:
- breathing techniques
- flexibility exercises
- full body warm up
- strengthening exercises
- balancing exercises
Students should have a clear space to dance, free from any hazards. Students should be barefoot for this class. Have a full bottle of water handy!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class involves physical activities that require adequate space to move around freely, and plenty of water to stay hydrated. Parental or Guardian supervision is recommended.
