This class caters to live learners who enjoy real-time interaction and busy learners who prefer to watch recordings at their convenience.

Learning Goals

1. Mind-Body Connection: Cultivate a connection between mind and body through the practice of yoga and art-making, encouraging a happy atmosphere.

2. Help With Day-to-Day Stress: Learn Yoga techniques and chill-out practices to promote a sense of peace.

3. Creative Imaginations: Explore different painting techniques and mediums to create spontaneously in a supportive environment.

4. Self-Discovery: Through the process of yoga and art students gain insight into imagination.

5. Artistic Exploration: Experiment with color, texture, and form to discover unique artistic styles and voices, encouraging creative experimentation and innovation.

6. Mindful Movement: Practice mindful movement and breath awareness during yoga practice.

Kawaii Elephant
 Yoga exercises, brief meditation & create an adorable kawaii elephant picture. 
Lesson 2:
Neurographic Sun & Water
 Yoga exercises, brief meditation & create a relaxing sun & water picture. 
Lesson 3:
Pleasant Tree & Water Landscape
 Yoga exercises, brief meditation & create a pleasant tree & water landscape 
Lesson 4:
Kawaii Panda
 Yoga exercises, brief meditation & create an cute panda bear picture.
