While the course does not contain content that is inherently upsetting or scary, it may touch on sensitive topics related to personal experiences with fear and failure. The course is not designed to provide therapeutic support and is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

We encourage parents to discuss with their child whether the course is appropriate for their emotional and developmental needs. Students should feel comfortable participating in group discussions and completing reflective writing exercises related to their personal experiences with fear and failure. If your child has concerns or questions about the course content, please do not hesitate to reach out to the instructor.

Please note that the course does not require learners to take any extra safety precautions. However, it is important for students to have a safe and quiet space to participate in the course, and to have access to a computer or other device with a stable internet connection. Students will be participating in group discussions, so it is important to ensure that they are able to engage respectfully with their peers.
The class is based on a range of research and literature related to growth mindset, positive psychology, and resilience. Our teacher has also drawn on their own experience as a martial artist, entrepreneur, and teacher to develop the class content.
