Hello and Welcome to FLEX Read, Dance, & Craft with your favorite book characters! We will get to read some fun stories, dance to music associated with those books, and then create a craft each class. Class 1: Book: The Day the Crayons Quit, Dance: Rainbow and Color Songs, Craft: Crayon Craft Class 2: Book: Giraffes Can't Dance, Dance: Animal music, Craft: Handprint Giraffe Class 3: Book: Pete the Cat and the Four Groovy Buttons, Dance: Pete the Cat music, Craft: Pete the Cat Craft Class 4: Book: Fancy Nancy & The Delectable Cupcake, Dance: Fancy Nancy Music, Craft: Cupcake Craft Class 5: Book: It's Okay to Make Mistakes, Dance: Fun uplifting dance music, Craft: A Guided Drawing of Todd Class 6: Book: Never Let a Dinosaur Scribble, Dance: Dinosaur Music, Craft: Scribble Art Each week, videos will be uploaded between Monday-Wednesday. I am in EST so you can expect videos anytime during those days. I do make my biggest attempt at Monday AM videos, but with 3 kids (one with many doctors appts) and a lot of extracurriculars, that can be difficult!

Parental Guidance
Anytime your learner is asked to use scissors, it is recommended to stay close by. They may need your help. If there is something that would be helpful for you to pre-cut, I will be sure to ask that of you!

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (10) youngest daughter (8), and then the littlest one is 5years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
