Playing through songs children know has always been a fast track way for their playing to improve. 🆂🅲🅷🅴🅳🆄🅻🅴: 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟭: The Wheels on the Bus 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟮: Eeensie Weensie Spider 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟯: Baa! Baa! Black Sheep 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟰: Hush! Little Baby 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟱: Alouette (FULL SONG) 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟲: Shoo, Fly! 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟳: Pop Goes the Weasel 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟴: Row Row Row Your Boat 𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗦: Happy Birthday 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦: The group environment makes it even more special! Students are guided through the process of turning in a recording each week to the classroom where others can watch and encourage one another. 🎉 There will also be weekly 𝗞𝗔𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗧 trivia to go along with each well known song for students to learn the background of these folk songs we’ve all grown to love. A discussion board will also accompany each song to test student’s “visual analysis” skills as we navigate songs in the same manner we do with our LIVE classes to check for understanding. 🚨 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘 🚨 This course does 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘. ❗️𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 ❗️ 📖 Order your book! You can find it at this link: https://amzn.to/3nlTZSS 🙏🏽 I do ask that parents prepare to sit with our young learners (8 and under) for the first 2-3 lessons to ensure your child has the best possible start to their classes - as well as avoid any issues with technology in using Zoom or their keyboards + pianos. 📹 Practice videos will be available in the classroom each week for students' review 🎓 For our final meeting, Class 8, we have a 𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 where the students work as a team to use what they've learned to crack the codes! You are welcome to join in off camera to celebrate our learners. 🚨 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘 🚨 This course does 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘. However, I will require students to send recordings of their playing each week in order to guide them through their studies. I will critique their playing with weekly feedback.
