Hi, and thank you for checking out my course. I'm Erin and I have been a Nutritionist for over 5 years. I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Human Nutrition with a Major in Dietetics. During my time at university, I have studied nutrition extensively from the moment food gets in our mouths, and how food can impact our digestion and overall health. I own my own nutrition practice, here in Nova Scotia, Canada, and I counsel clients regularly on how to adopt healthier choices for their sport and performance. Since our food trends keep evolving, it is my job to make sure your learners are receiving the correct scientific information and to eliminate all the nutrition noise from uncredited sources. I can't wait to meet your learner in my upcoming class. Erin Madden, BScAHN (Dietetics)
