Learning techniques for paying attention and studying better.
Johnathan is a serial entrepreneur who founded three successful companies before the age of 30. He has a strong drive to succeed in life, which began in his teenage years when he learned the power of positive motivation. He was fortunate to have a mentor who guided him through the complexities of financial management, helping him to understand the value of money and how to identify and seize opportunities. 

Jo was taught "Mindfulness" techniques at university which he then used to help him study as well as run his businesses. As a black belt in Kenpō, he also teaches "Mindfulness" techniques in his martial arts training.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Johnathan holds a Bachelors of Science degree and has experience teaching life skills, business, and finance to middle and high school students and adults around the world both live in person and online via Zoom.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
All class content is seen using the share screen tool in zoom. No other third-party tools will be needed by the students.
"The Center for Mindfulness in Education" - an organization that provides resources and training for educators interested in incorporating mindfulness into their teaching.

"Mindfulness in Schools Project" (MiSP) - an organization that provides training and resources for teaching mindfulness to children and young people. They have a wide range of resources available.
