Class Experience

Who's ready to learn how to count money?

In this 4 week flex class we will learn the value of coins. In week 4 we will briefly begin learn about dollar bills. Each week we will also focus on grouping coins together (5 pennies = 1 nickel)

Week 1: Together we will identify the names and value of each coin. Our main focus will be on pennies and nickels this week.

Week 2: Skip counting using nickels and dimes.

Week 3:  Learning the value of quarters. 

Week 4: Review of pennies, nickels,...

Number block worksheets will be given before the start of class time.
Coin worksheet activities
Pennies, Dimes, Nickels, and Quarters OR the print out of these coins

No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
