Does your child love farm animals such as horses, cows, chickens, goats, pigs, and sheep? Each week we'll create a new work of art based on an animal that could be found on a farm plus allow them to show off their own pets or farm animals.

Description
Class Experience
Students will gain skills in sketching, drawing, adding color, and layering to create dimensional and expressive works of art.
I have been teaching this and similar drawing lessons for 20+ years to a variety of age ranges.
Since this is a flexible schedule course there will be no live meetings. Each learner should spend between 45-75 minutes of time a week drawing.
- 6 Pieces of Paper - this can be in a sketchbook, drawing paper, printer paper, or a thicker mixed media or watercolor paper if you wish to add paint (optional). - Pencil - Eraser - Coloring supplies - crayons, colored pencils, chalk pastels or oil pastels *Optional - Painting supplies - paints - brushes - water cup - paper towel - palette - this can be a paper plate, a sheet of wax paper, or an old magazine - for easy cleanup, a placemat, and apron or paint shirt are encouraged
Guidance will be provided every step of each project as learners share and communicate through the Outschool classroom.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
