In this 6-week class, students will dive deep into the concept of "flow state" and learn how to use it to improve their productivity, creativity, and overall well-being. Cultivating positive emotions can also enhance flow state by increasing focus, motivation and reducing distractions. Building a support system can also provide a sense of safety and security, which can enhance focus, motivation and encourage flow state. Enhancing creativity through flow state can lead to more original and innovative ideas. By developing techniques for enhancing creativity, students will be able to improve their ability to generate new ideas and solutions. The class will be divided into the following topics: Week 1 : Topics in session 1 will include: Introduction to Flow State Understanding the concept of flow state Week 2 : Topics in session 2 will include: Identifying Flow Triggers Week 3 : Topics in session 3 will include: The Power of Positive Thinking Week 4 : Topics in session 4 will include: Managing Time Week 5 : Topics in session 5 will include: Managing Distractions Week 6 : Topics in session 6 will include: Creating a Flow-Conducive Environment By the end of the class, students will have a deeper understanding of flow state, how to enter it, and how to use it to improve their overall performance and well-being. They will also have the opportunity to share their own flow experiences and get feedback and support from their peers. They will also develop a personalized plan to maintain and apply flow state in their daily lives. The flexible schedule (Flex Class) allows your learners to watch the pre-recorded videos and do them at a time that is FUN for them! You can also spend extra time on the topics your child is most interested in. Since this is a flex class with no live meetings, students can log in at a convenient time to complete the week's lesson. We will be going through each week as a group and I will post the lesson weekly (depending on which day you started). The videos will contain the information required to give students a good understanding of each topic and each one will include homework for the students to undertake during the week, as part of a project. After watching each video and completing the homework assignments, students will be provided with feedback and the specific next steps on how to create a process to manage their finances successfully. Time frame for the Week: Mondays - The teacher will post the information needed for the week. Students can submit questions. Tuesdays - Wednesday - The teacher can answer any questions pertaining to the topic of the week. The students will need to complete any homework assignments and answer any questions in the discussion. Thursday - Students need to have all tasks completed and uploaded in the classroom for teacher feedback and discussion. Students will discuss it among themselves. Friday - The teacher will provide feedback to the class and individual students. Saturday - Sunday - The teacher will be available to answer any questions that the students may have for the week or the next week.
