In this flex class, singers will learn that the best way to improve the quality of their voice is by practicing every single day! This flex class will feature a daily practice assignment using fun vocal warmups and technique exercises. Students will also have a weekly song assignment of a popular or classic song. Week 1 - THE BASICS - Vocal Health, Posture, and Relaxation + "Cups" by Anna Kendrick Students will interact with the teacher and other classmates by posting audio or video of their vocal warm ups and song. Week 2 - THE FOUNDATION - Breath and Vowels + "Roar" by Katy Perry Students will interact with the teacher and other classmates by posting audio or video of their vocal warm ups and song. Week 3 - SONGS - Diction and Lyrics + "Believer" by Imagine Dragons Students will interact with the teacher and other classmates by posting audio or video of their vocal warm ups and song. Week 4 - PERFORMANCE - Performance Technique + and "Brave" by Sara Bareilles Students will interact with the teacher and other classmates by posting audio or video of their vocal warm ups and song.
