In this class, students will learn pivotal skills to build their leadership capability right now! There are many pieces to leadership that can be developed through daily practice, and your student can learn these at their own pace!

Communication is key! Students will learn the basic foundations of communication skills, including body language, vocal tone, word choice, and more.

Morals, Ethics, and Values in Leadership
Every good leader needs a well-developed method of determining morals, ethics, and values.

Lesson 4
Decision Making in Leadership
During the final week of the course, students will learn about different styles of leadership and how to apply them in different scenarios.

I have been leading classrooms for over ten years, and I have about seven years of military service. Currently, I am a Reservist in the Coast Guard and I manage a planning/ training schedule for five different Coast Guard Stations.
