1 hour per week. Assignments will be provided each week, and students will have the option to turn them in for feedback and discussion.

Class Experience

In this course, students will cover a wide variety of leadership skills. The pace of the course will be as follows:

Week 1: What is leadership? What makes a good leader vs a bad leader? How can you develop into leadership?

Week 2: Communication is key! Students will learn the basic foundations of communication skills, including body language, vocal tone, word choice, and more.

Week 3: Every good leader needs a well-developed method of determining morals, ethics, and values.

Week 4: During the final week of the course, students will learn about different styles of leadership and how to apply them in different scenarios.

Unit 1: Foundations of Leadership
Lesson 1:
Foundations of Leadership
 What is leadership? What makes a good leader vs a bad leader? How can you develop into leadership? 
Lesson 2:
Communication in Leadership
 Communication is key! Students will learn the basic foundations of communication skills, including body language, vocal tone, word choice, and more. 
Lesson 3:
Morals, Ethics, and Values in Leadership
 Every good leader needs a well-developed method of determining morals, ethics, and values. 
Lesson 4:
Decision Making in Leadership
 During the final week of the course, students will learn about different styles of leadership and how to apply them in different scenarios.
