I am a certified Visual Arts Teacher for grades K-12. I have a Bachelors Degree in Art Education. I also have 3 years of experience teaching visuals arts in the classroom, and 4 years of online teaching experience.
Students can expect to work for 1.5-3 hours per week to complete the classwork and final project. Challenge work will be included if a student is advanced and wants more practice.
1. Scrap Paper or Sketchbook Page (for practice drawing) 2. Paper for Final Drawing (can be simple, or fancy and larger!) 3. Pencil 4. Eraser 5. Colored Pencils 6. Pencil Sharpener 7. Ruler or Straight Edge 8. Black Marker (sharpie or other)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
