Class Experience

Based on our popular live class for beginner guitarists, this Beginner Guitar Series moves through simple steps to help your learner become the best guitar player they can be! 

This is the perfect series for guitarists who have never held a guitar before and want simple instructions on what to practice to move forward on their guitar journey. Start at Part 1 and begin your journey through the levels. 

In Part 2 of the Beginner Guitar Series, we'll continue forward from the basics: 

WEEK 1:...

Students will have learned a total of 5 new chords and how to read guitar TAB.

Students will get the most out of this class if they complete each video and class assignments.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Youtube
Kahoot

No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.

Class videos will be posted on Youtube for students to view. Parents may want to monitor students' use of Youtube. 

Students will be asked to participate in Kahoot! quizzes. Parents may want to monitor students use of Kahoot! during this course.
