In this self-paced ASL 2 class, students will learn to communicate using ASL at their own pace and schedule.
Class experience
This self-paced ASL 2 class does NOT meet live. Over this course, students will gain knowledge of the deaf and hard of hearing world and learn how to communicate using ASL. Each week will have a topic and students will learn signs related to that topic. Each topic will have 1-2 video lessons and at least 1 handout. I am a CODA, child of deaf adult. I have been signing my whole life as both of my parents are profoundly deaf and this is my first language. I have a bachelors of science degree, years experience working with the deaf and years experience teaching.
