In this one time silly and scientific class students will learn about the hilarious topic of flatulence, farts, toots, and gas. What it is, why do people and animals get it and what is the science behind it. This class will be taught with powerpoint presentation, songs, and videos. This class will contain an introduction section (5 minutes) Discussion about what we know (5 minutes) Learning about Flatulence, Farts, Toots, and Gas (15 minutes) Review/Wrap Up (5 minutes) TOPICS COVERED: * What causes flatulence? *Does what we eat determine our flatulence? *What is flatulence? My Teaching style for older kids is unique and engaging. I want them to be themselves, share, learn and most importantly have fun. There is a lot of discussion, an interactive PowerPoint, video clips, and fun games and web quests to complete. We will learn and explore the ocean together on this journey into the deep.
