Often times the fixed mindset will avoid challenges, give up easily and focus on the outcome....
As a current fifth grade teacher and a member of our schools Instructional Leadership Team I have done a lot of work as it relates to the growth mindset at the elementary level.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Some games will be played in Kahoot.com, learners will be provided with a direct link and password in order to play.
