Class Experience

Bring your favorite stuffed animal to join you in this high-energy fitness class. We will use a variety of bodyweight exercises (e.g. squats, push-ups) that your stuffy will be able to join in on. The classes will be a full body workout and include the three main components of fitness cardio, resistance and flexibility. 

The class will begin with a warm-up; an important component of any fitness class; this will consist of 5 minutes. The warm-up will start slowly as we build heat within the body and progress in difficulty (e.g. marching to jogging on the spot). We then move into the workout phase which will be 20 minutes and include the bodyweight exercises with option of adding weight. The final component is stretching. This will be the final 5 minutes and will cool the body down in a safe way. 

Each week a new full body exercise program will be used. Feel free to bring a different stuffed animal to each week! 

Students are encouraged to ask for clarification on any exercise and modifications can be made. 

This is a movement and fitness class, therefore students should wear appropriate attire (e.g. shorts and a t-shirts). 
A clear area is required so that students have space to move freely. Yoga mats are not required but may help when performing floor exercises. Students should be prepared with a bottle of water nearby.
